Mr. Krouner trained with the finest law firms in New York City. As a corporate associate at Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesant & Lehrer, he worked on the acquisition of the Fox Television Networks for Rupert Murdoch. At Obermeier, Morvillo & Abramowitz, Mr. Krouner worked on some of the most notable white collar cases of the 1980’s, including insider trading at Goldman Sachs, Leona Helmsley tax fraud and the Chrysler odometer conspiracy. While at Kreindler & Kreindler, he worked on personal injury, medical malpractice and securities fraud cases, as well as what was believed to have been the largest wrongful death in aviation involving the founder of retailer Merry-Go-Round, Goldsmith v. Richmor Aviation.
